- The PythonX Structural Fabrication system is an assembly machine that incorporates an unprecedented level of integration between software (AutoCAD), scanners, and industrial robots. Guided by the AutoCAD model, this assembler uses robot arms and programming to place, move, cut and weld all structural steel components for effective and efficient deliverance of production.
- By eliminating material handling between operations and automating all of the fabrication systems typically performed on structural steel the PythonX is able to produce finished pieces at lowest manufacturing cost.
- This machine has proven to have the least accumulated overhead and least time spent on each manufactured piece.
