A vision system built into the robotic arm of the welding instrument records each weld and supplies production reports to the management with daily production and logs for future analysis. It also collects and preserves weld data to improve weld quality. All welds meet key quality test requirements such as radiography test, Charpy impact test, hardness test, bend test, tensile test and the requirements of Welding Codes.
