Des Dumais - President

As the highly motivated owner of KIHEW FabCo LP, he offers 22 years facility construction, project management and pipefitting experience . His keen understanding of client needs, in terms of product extraction and transmission has proven invaluable in the design and fabrication of facility constituents.

Des is a subject matter expert in 3 d modelling and laser scanning Des has utilized CADWorx and AutoCAD 3 D Plant Design software for the last 9 years. His capacities include designing, fabricating and installing all varieties and volumes of facilities/plants from P&IDs. This working knowledge has offered clients and engineers a unique representation on design implements adding to the efficiency of the facility/plant design.

As a project supervisor, Des has managed fabrication and installation projects of as much as 40, 000 inches and been a lead of trades and crews of up to 100 personnel.

Des has always triumphed being on the leading edge of managerial and systemic efficiency. He has developed organized fabrication processes unparalleled in the industry. These processes coupled with AutoCAD have only proven to be significantly valuable for client interests.

Jacquie Matthews - Lead Administrator

Jacquie Matthews is our Lead Administrator at Kihew Fab-Co. She runs the day-to-day administration from both the offices in Melville, SK and on Kahkewistahaw First Nation. She helps manage timesheets, payroll, HR, payables and is an assistant to all office management. She is a great asset to the team and works hard to ensure all administrative functions run smoothly.

Her professional experiences include residential construction design, property management and leasing agent, warehousing, in the industrial construction sector, banking and bulk fuel agency management. She will always greet you with a smile and friendly hello.

Jacquie was raised on a farm in central Alberta and knows the value in working hard. She takes pride in her work and her accomplishments. She is family oriented and has 3 beautiful, independent daughters, and a very busy grandson that all light up her life. When not at work you will find her spending precious time with her family.

With her talents, Jacquie is quick to support the demands of all manufacturing operations and the management team along with vendors, clients, and personnel.

Chief Dale Harry - Kihew Spucwus Group LLP

Chief Dale Harry (pekultn siyam) is one of the sixteen hereditary Chiefs from the squamish nation . He is a founding partner of Kihew Spucwus Group LLp. and has always been a leader in community as he sat on the council for the Squamish nation for 12 yrs.

Chief Dale is an ambassador for economic development along with job training and revenue building for his nation. He is well respected in the business community. He has developed many strong working relationships within the Squamish nation traditional territory working along side federal and provincial governments.

Chief Dale strives to build strong relations between nations and industry throughout Canada.
